Monar Consulting realizes the importance of self-development, especially when employee expectations are shifting and self awareness is prized as a competency. DiSC®
The DiSC® profile is a personality test used to describe and measure human behavior in a specific environment. This assessment does not precisely determine job fit, job fitness, or success. Instead, it describes one’s work behavior patterns, style, traits, or “type”. The four primary dimensions are:

- Steadiness
- Conscientiousness

Coaching
One 30-minute coaching session is included in the price of each assessment. You have the option of adding on additional coaching sessions as needed. The sessions are completed via the phone or internet and will give you a better understanding of your strengths and weaknesses, as well as aid in the completion of a personal development plan.
