Mike seeks to maximize the strengths and minimize the weaknesses of your organization’s top talent. He asks the questions “Where are you?” “Where do you want to go?” and “How are you going to get there?” to align the goals of the individual and the goals of the organization. However, before these questions can be asked, Mike uses a “multi-point” feedback approach for using a wide variety of psychological/leadership assessment to build the individual’s self-awareness.
